Launching of the Namibian Economic Development Alliance

Namibia Economic Development Alliance (NEDA) is a brain child of the Nambia University of Sceince & Technology (NUST) SRC for internal affairs. NEDA is aimed at creating awareness among the youth so that they do not become passive in the National and perhaps also global economic dialogues.

I have taken notice of how  previous speakers took the audience through the dynamics of economics. It was indeed a learning platform for me as I definitely took home new economic terminologies. I have also the concepts of "economic radicalization" agenda for most of the African countries interesting as articulated by Mr Likukela of Twin Light Consultancy

With interest in the knowledge society and knowledge based economy development, I also had my share of time onto the podium, I would have sinned if I could have left without briefly shared with the audience, which was mainly made up of young peoples/students some simple and typical examples of knowledge based economy activities (at least I had something to say among the economists..lol). The audience was already advised to venture into money generating activities, but, at the same time, they were also warned that getting capital funds supposedly from either government of financial institutions would not be a walk in the park especially for "complete new ideas", ideas that were never proofed before, as most of the financial institutions do not consider engaging into "venture capitals".

So, I decided to share with them an alternative, which would actually not need capital or otherwise very be affordable. Getting our hands on the global market of ideas, which would earn global currency and have customers and consumers all over the world. I was talking about creating 'mobile applications' that could be placed in google play and/or istore among others. Big number of youths do own smartphones, they download different apps without knowing that they too can have their share of space in the cloud stores and generate income. All what one would need to invest in such opportunities is just innovative ideas and skills. sometimes one might have the idea but not skills to develop apps, in that case, young people can twin and cooperate. The most considerable point is that one might not need any money to venture into such business. To understand more on how to make money online, click here.

Can you imagine how amazing it would be to have a mobile app creating by locals
